Cannot Edit Page in Site Builder

vB 5.3.4 cannot get into Edit Page in Site Builder in just one particular page: https://www.forumania.com/homepage

Have cleared the system cache in ACP > Maintenance as well as Chrome's data cache. Been like this for several days. All other pages on the site can be edited. Just the one won't work. I get an error "Error_Information_X"

It's a preview work page only open to admins. Do I need to set it to non reg access temp?
