If you're not using Sphinx Search then you can ignore the Sphinx message.

For the Phrase message, try checking Language & Phrases > Find Updated Phrases to see all the phrases you customized.

other ask , i delete a one channerl but at moment to create new it say my This URL is already used. Please correct this problem. any form to solve this problem touse the same url od the last channel

The system should try to break duplicate URLs by adding a short string to the end of what you provide. If isn't doing something, then it is broken and we'll need access to your site and database to work on fixing it.
