In our vB5 site, all of our custom usergroups and the default Registered Users usergroup have set to not allow to use animated avatar.

This is where the issue is,
Uploading avatars are fine for me as Admin but my users cannot see the "edit avatar" option on their profiles leaving it impossible to upload an avatar....Mon 28 Jul '14, 2:00am -
