can't login to admincp

AdminCP > Settings > Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details

Try with both the www and non-www version of your domain - can you login on either?

hm no, it is subdomain with no www

Are you using www or no www when accessing the page? You should use the exact domain specified in the Forum URL settings in AdminCP.

hi, so i experiencing weird issue

my team had been installed vbulletin on server and he can login to admincp with no problem

and he gave me same access like he used, i want to setup something in admincp, but i can't login to admincp, there is no error message like username wrong or similar, when login is success then it's trying to redirect me to dashboard but then it's back to login panel with no clue

i've tried incognito and different browser, but the problem is still there, i'd also already clear cache

why this happen?
