Member activities and Administrator group

Members of the Administrator group cannot see the activities of members, and they cannot respond in private groups only after they are subscribed.

You should review the permissions for your administrator usergroups. They should be able to see activities on user profiles. There are also permissions to allow them to view user created Groups without joining..

Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager and Usergroups -> Channel Permissions.

Only the administrator number "1" can see the activities and can respond in private groups.

As I said this is a permissions issue. Administrator 1 is assumed to be a super admin in a default install so they have all permissions. You need to review the permissions for the Administrator usergroup and either set them all to Yes so they act like Administrator 1 or determine what permissions you want them to have.

All those permissions don't apply because "Inherit from parent" is selected. Check the parent channel. If parent has the same option selected then check its parent and repeat until "Use custom permissions" is selected or until you hit the root channel. Or you can follow the color coding of the usergroups in the Channel Permissions page. If a usergroup is in red font then it's using custom permissions. If black then it inherits permissions from parent.
