We have vBulletin 5.2 and at the moment there are users complaining that they are not receiving notifications of posts even though notifications are turned ON. I have subscribed to one of these forums and I find I don't receive notification of all of the posts. Any suggestions?

We just discovered that registered users receive email notification of moderated posts in forums they are subscribed to before the posts are approved.
