How to do an IFrame in a widget/module?

How do you do an iframe of another site's content inside a module?
There's a realtime animation another page displays that I'd like to have encased in a module window (or better yet a banner).
Is this possible with VB5?
I remember putting in live stock tickers in VB4, but that was years ago and I don't remember how I did it.

You can use an HTML Module and then use <iframe> to include an external site. But if that external site has an iframe killer script in it or if they have X-FRAME-OPTIONS header with DENY or SAMEORIGIN, then you won't be able to iframe it.
