The stalling of the install is a GoDaddy problem, whatever they may tell you.
To fix the issue you have now, rename this file in the forum root:
htaccess.txt
Rename it to:
.htaccess
Note the dot at the start.

Having some problems with the install.
I already talked to godaddy support and they said its not anything from there side.
http://inourmomsbasement.com/ -> my problem.
I was having problems install it. It would get stuck at 73%. So I ran the upgrade.php and it froze and I ran it again. Finally finished and now the site looks like this. Also none of the links are working on the website. I am going crazy!!!Tags: None
