Prevent users from own-replying within a specified time

Hi everyone.
We would like deny users to reply to their own posts within 24h from the last one (unless other users replied in those threads) to prevent excessive "up", but I can't find something like this in admincp.
Is this possible?

Sorry, there is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code.
