forum runner && vBulletin API

about forumrunner
i did every thing well ... i enabled it from admincp in settings and Prouduct
i registered in forumrunner to
its all done
but when i visit my vbulletin throw mobile www.arbgates.com/vb its show messege i click accepr or agree then i got white blank page ???!!!!

about API
i enabled it from settings .. is it there any another steps i do ?
how can i check it if its work or not ?
