I also just noticed another issue, which is that at least on my laptop (MacBook Pro) on Chrome browser, when viewing the pulldown menu the BOLDening / highlighting of any NEW messages is so subtle as to be barely discernible from the non highlighted (already read) messages.

I get a notification in email saying "There is a new post in Forum Visitor Messages" but when I click on the link the question is not displayed and there is only one button visible i.e. Post...Thu 31 Jul '14, 2:38am
