Blank Private Messages.

Version: vBulletin 5.2.3

Some of our members are having problems when they are sending PMs. They either can't send them or the messages end up being blanks. Some people's entire PM folder is just filled with blank boxes where previously they had conversations with each other. Any clue what could be causing this?

What do you mean by "can't send them?" What exactly happens?
What exactly is meant by "blank"? Is the whole page blank, or is there just no text in the message box?
Are you yourself seeing this issue? Is it all users, or just some?

Also: what version of php is running on the server?
And when did this problem start? Have you recently upgraded vBulletin? If so, from what version?
