Edit Site button not present on a fresh migrated vb5 5.2.3 version

Hi,
I just migrated successfully (or maybe partially) from vb to vb5 (5.2.3).
I just got this issue where I can't see the "edit site" button on the top of the forums.
I am a mac user, tried with safari and chrome, both with also anon. browsing, but no success.

Any suggestions?

Are you logged in as an Administrator? Does your account have "Can use Sitebuilder" permissions?

YEs, i am admin.
I don't know if i have that permission on, I tried to look for it, but I couldn't. Where is it?

AdminCP > Usergroups > Administrator Permissions > [Edit Permissions]
