Would need an English screenshot...I can't be absolutely certain what that button is.

It looks like the + New Topic button. It supposed to appear next to Subscribe button on mobile view but not on bigger screens. No idea why without seeing the actual page.

I suspect you have custom css in css_additional that is making the button appear. As I mentioned in my previous post, that is supposed to only appear on small screens. It would be hard to investigate and fix without seeing the page.

We would need to see the actual page (not a screenshot), and in English. A test login will be required so that we see the button. You may prefer to submit this via a support ticket, that being the case.
