Issue upgrading from 5.1.1 to 5.2.3

I tried to upgrade my forum from 5.1.1 to 5.2.3. Once it reached 5.2.1 Alpha 1, it showed this error message:

I already submitted a support ticket this afternoon but haven't received any reply. Any advice is appreciated!

I found out the access and access_temp tables somehow still got some duplicated rows. Deleted those rows and everything went back to normal.

I tried resolving this through ticket support but it has expired...

I have done an upgrade from 5.0.4 to 5.0.5 and on the last step (14) got this error .
