Can't access Sitebuilder on Homepage

I keep receiving Error:

When attempting to access sitebuilder from the homepage. Every other page sitebuilder works.

Please disregard, after disabling products and hooks I was able to access sitebuilder from the home page. The error was caused by VB5.2.3 and Tapatalk.
