Error on install

Im getting this error on install it is like there are missing files in my download.It is a new install 5.2.2 anyone ever seen this error also my css seems broken. Could it possibly be an ssl issue.

I have tried other versions and even changed servers and urls i dont know wtf lol

And also a new ssl and the same thing issue never had this much trouble usually the installs a pretty simple

We've resolved this via the support ticket system, however if it's any use to anyone else:

Make sure you have renamed the file:
htaccess.txt
to
.htaccess
(Note the 'period' at the start).
