Duplicate date

In the "who's online" module there is the date of the highest traffic (visitor peak).
It doesn't matter in which language or what format I use to display the date (detailed OR yesterday/today) it shows the same date twice.

This doesn't happen in a default installation.

Please create a default style with no parent, and also set the language to English. Then browse your forum with this new style, and in English - do you still have the same problem?

I don't have English anymore because I deleted it because of a bug that allowed the user to choose the language even if 'allow user selection' is deselected, after that I didn't find the lanuage pack for download, so I used spanish - and still same result - "Hace 1 Semana en Hace 1 Semana."

Maybe, but it's the same with Hebrew, So I don't believe it's a problem with the language.
I now noticed that this problem occures for every date appearance in the website, e.g. infraction date etc.
