Can't disable language selection

I'm trying to disable the feature for selecting the language. I want the site to be only in 1 language and without the option for users to change it, but as for now - this option appears in the footer for all users (and non-registered).

Each language "Allow User Selection"'s option is off.

Clear the system cache.
AdminCP > Maintenance > Clear System Cache

You could install a test version and upgrade that.
