getting following error at top of my website

Is this only when logged in as I don't see that message?

Hi, I have the same exact issue and it also only affects logged in users. I don't have any addons and I am using a default vBulletin template.

Was there a solution to this or a JIRA opened? It would be helpful if a solution is posted here to help customers having the same issue. I think there's some specific content that's triggering this error as not all topics have this issue.
