Indentical posts and wait time of 5 minutes between posts. How do I turn this off?

I run private forums with version 5.2. An administrator at my organization wants to approve a group of contracts, one thread after another with the text "This contract is approved". However when he tries to do this from one thread to the next the text is not accepted. Next he is told he must wait 5 minutes between posts. I understand this option is a flood check and I have changed the Options rules about time between postings, however this hasn't fixed my problem. There must be another option somewhere to turn this feature off a rule against identical posts and 5 minute waits off. Please advise. Thank you.

The wait time option is at Settings > Options > Message Posting and Editing Options > Minimum Time Between Posts.

Note that Administrators and Moderators are exempted from this.

Thanks, but I did that. Maybe I wasn't clear in my mail. It was only set to 30 seconds to begin with so that doesn't account for the 5 minute wait. This is coded somewhere else.

[email protected] did you ever find where to change the setting for the dupe post and wait times? I just encountered the same dilemma myself and was wondering if there was a fix and what that was. I'd like to disable it if possible. Much appreciate it thx!
