For some reason I cannot remove this module from the side bar. Any suggestions?

When I create a blog, it says in the "Organize side bar" section
"Organize Sidebar Modules by moving them up and down to adjust the position." This field is blank!! ...Fri 17 Jan '14, 12:41pm
