You need custom code to add new video provider. I have done something like that before (youku.com, 56.com, v.qq.com) for one of my clients.

As what Mark said, you have to hire someone. This is not a simple coding and requires skills and time to do.

You would need to ask someone to write it for you. You may have to pay them.
There are both paid and unpaid request sections on the modification site, www.vbulletin.org.
Note that that site is peer-to-peer support, so there are no guarantees anyone will do this for free.
