    invalid_attachment_storage

    For some reason we lost our images overnight and we can't upload any images to site
    this is the error we are getting


    invalid_attachment_storage

    What could cause this and how can we fix it

      Please don't bump threads after 11 minutes. Our support is not provided in real time and this will not get you a response any faster.

      Images don't just disappear - something has to happen to trigger that.

      I'm assuming here that your attachments were being stored in the file system, as opposed to the database.

      What has been done on the server? Is the attachments folder visible on the server at all? If it is simply not there, you need to speak to your hosts.

        the attachment folder is visible on ftp site and this happen overnight, even the logo is gone and I cant upload new one

            Yes there is
            but by mistake I clicked to fix this issue and moved all the images to database and now I can't go back

            Move Items from Database into File System

            When I click to go ahead to move files

            I get this message


            We attempted to write a test file to /h***s/*******web140/b487/ipg.************/attachments, but we were unsuccessful. Please verify that the web server has write/delete permissions for this path.

            I star some letters in the address

            I did check and I do have permission for this folder set at 777 and its read and write

              It needs to be 777 recursive, please check this also.
