two domains mixing up on server

in my server i have 3 vbulletin sites with 3 different domains
on the server root i have folders of x website and the other two sites are in folders

image for example


the problem is all other sites shows with the root site domain in the url
for example if i try to go to domain www.beneficiofamily.com that this site is in a folder on the server the url shows like this

http://ahoradot.net/beneficiofamily/

ahoradot.net is my root site build with vb5.1.7 on the server, but is not have nothing to do with beneficiofamily.com build with vb4.2

how i can fix this ?

You have a bigger problem than this. You are only in version 5.1.7. Your forum has serious security vulnerabilities! I highly recommend you to at least upgrade to 5.1.9 if not the latest 5.2. Do it before your site gets hacked

i upgraded to 5.2 but i have message searching problem. search engine can't find old posts
updated search index but not helps
for examle i have article name the player here http://ahoradot.net/articles/sdarot/sdarot-active/7136 and wher write in search "the player" no results
what i can do ?
