CSS, Images and AdminCP broken after (fresh) Installation vB 5.2

I just installed vBulletin 5.2.0 via my server which is an Ubuntu 14 LTS via PLESK 12.5 after creating the database and editing the config.php with the correct info, installation was successfull via https://www.nihilists.social/club

with that said, im having issues with CSS and images being broken as well as https://www.nihilists.social/club/admincp/ having a File not Found issue.
I have checked my .htaccess its correctly configured, as well as I can verify that mod_rewrite is enabled which can be verified here https://www.nihilists.social/club/dump/index.php

nvm managed to solve it somehow... as my PHP was running FPM, i just changed it to CGI, all works
