Random Birthday Emails

My forum is sending random birthday notices. For example, one of my users received a birthday email today, but his birthday is May 20. I checked his account, and it shows May 20. The same thing happened to a different user earlier this week. Any clues where to start troubleshooting this or what could be wrong?

Admin receiving ALL birthday emails

I can see where to disable the entire birthday system but I do not mind if it sends birthday emails to the individual members but how can I stop the system from sending me (admin) every single birthday...
