Error message uploading images to CMS in 5.1.7

I'm getting some odd error messages when trying to upload images to my CMS in 5.1.7

Any idea what this means and why I'm getting this?

Records already exist with those IDs and duplicates aren't allowed. Is this happening while editing existing content or creating new content?

We've been having a few problems with uploading images - odd error messages that make no sense. We've fixed some of them by changing the .htaccess file to allow larger images.

But some images just won't upload for some reason. So I tried posting a post in the CMS with text only and no pictures, then going back and editing using the advanced/toggle editor button.

What are the image limits set to under Settings -> Options -> Message Attachment Options? Also under Attachments -> Attachment Manager?

Also what are the file upload and post size limits in your php.ini?

Settings, options message attachment options:

- image processing library - GD
- image Magikc Binary path - blank

Attachments, attachment manager: no max width/height or file size

I wouldn't know about php.ini as it's a fully managed linux server. On the recommendation of my ISP I used this method to alter the allowed image size

Once again, are there specific settings I should be asking for in php.ini? Recommendations for the settings that are optimum for vB5?

By default, no. You probably don't have to change any settings in PHP. Especially if it worked on previous versions. Need to check the images per your other topic on this exact same issue.
