Don't know. There isn't enough information provided. Clicking on the url above I get: Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data.
    Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

Please open a support ticket. http://www.vbulletin.com/go/techsupport. We will most likely need AdminCP access.

OK, based on that, I went to www.TrapRunner.com and then pressed the "Quick Setup" link. It asked for my password again and then highlighted the "Quick Setup" link, but nothing else changed on the page at all.

Before, it would give me options, like adding a forum, changing the title image, etc. Now it does nothing.

It would affect vbCloud even moreso. The URL is not an editable option on Cloud. It would need to be updated from your cloud console and must be a three segment domain name. For example www.tlplanet.com is valid whereas tlplanet.com is not.

Does this apply to vbCloud too? I don't see what the URL is supposed to be in "Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details" and I'm on vBCloud.

This started when I upgraded from 5.1.5 to 5.1.6.

The strange thing is when I try this from IE or Safari, It does not give the error. Instead, it asks for my password again. After I put it in, the "Quick Setup" highlights, but the page does not change.

I've seen this erratic message while doing different things. I'm on the vBCloud (tlplanet.com).

The last time it did it, I was in the middle of typing a reply to an existing thread.

There is no way to replicate this at this time.

Clicking on "OK" seems to let me continue what I was doing withou a problem.

TY for the quick reply. I ran the queries that you suggested and received no errors. However, I am still having the same problem.

    Strange Popup Error Message

I log into my vBB 5.1.6 and it recognizes me as an admin. I click the "Quick Setup" link at the top of the page or I click on the "Edit Site: Off" link and I get a popup that just says "Error" (see the screencap).

    Ideas?
