Editing the Birthday Message

Can anyone guide me how to edit the 'Happy Birthday" message that is automatically sent to users on their birthday?

Also, is there any way to send html formatted e-mail to all users of a forum via the admin CP? Or am I correct in saying that 'plain text' is the only option?

You would edit the phrase in the language manager. Search for "Happy Birthday".

Plain text is the only option for outgoing emails. HTML would not be parsed.
