My sql error about duplication data with 'word' column

My users have this kind of problem. I want to know what 'word' column is, I may solve this. Please give a tip.

Can you try upgrading to the latest version as I see your'e still using Beta 26 - do you have the same problem?

Can you empty then rebuild the search index via:

AdminCP > Maintenance > General Update Tools > Rebuild Search Index

...and see if you continue having the problem.
