I had a similar error, but it was while running the upgrade scripts. We ended up altering one of the scripts to make it work (after allocating all memory on the server).

Yes, that would be an out of memory error referring to RAM. Your system is set to 32 MB and it went over.
Typically we recommend 64 MB for 64-bit OSes. How much memory you need per script can vary though. What were you trying to do when you received this error?
