I would suggest redownloading the 5.1.4 files and reuploading them. It looks like some files are missing. Make sure to do a Force Refresh before checking the page with the same browser.

Yes, I have already downloaded Patch Level 2.
I simply put the LAMP and vB5 reinstall their again in this weekend.

Installing vB 5.1.4 again won't help you. If you are referring to the "bad" appearance of the ModCP, then this will not change. It was mentioned elsewhere that the ModCP is deprecated and most of its functionality was moved to the frontend. It will be removed entirely in the future.

If you go to your out-of-the-box installation of vBulletin 5 at bottom right you have a link that says "mod" taking you to the moderator control panel.

Is the Moderator Control Panel also broke? When I click on MOD at the bottom of the page, there is quick moderator links and the credits. On the left there is Control Panel Home that only consists of...Wed 7 Jan '15, 10:07am
