Below the footer

Where the copyright notice and other information, time, powered by Vbulletin etc, I would like to add some information, the time, and some information relating to my particulars, things like that.
Because I have the branding free option, below the footer is blank.

How do I go about this?

Didn't work, Other than the footer template, I don't know where to start. LOL!
I get the template open but after that, I am doomed to failure.

Could I restore the original, copyright, time and details etc and then substitute the information for information of my own?

How do I restore the original 'below the footer' info? The info that was 'turn off' at the branding free stage?

That would be the best way for me to tackle this conundrum.

Put your information in the Copyright Field under Settings -> Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details. It accepts HTML formatting as well.

I do not have the branding free version, but I want to change the background behind the copyright section (the part below the footer.) Any idea how to do this?

Since that area also surrounds the entire site, you're probably best putting that section in a div.

Watch out though, because I ran into problems messing about down there, insofar as your changes might not work in the responsive style, depending on what you do. You can easily end up with the copyright text not showing in responsive, which would be a license breach.

Personally - I would not do this until vB5 comes out of beta.

There are likely to be template changes in each release and therefore editing the templates is just going to cause you problems.
