Where Is sitemap directory

I have notice in my admincp that

The directory the sitemap files are to be written into is not writeable. Please change the permissions on the path to be writeable by the web server or enter a different path in the sitemap options.

So i need help to change permissions of sitmap directory to writeable but i can find it can some body tell me where i can find it and how to change it.

If you look at Settings -> Options -> XML_SITEMAP. It will tell you where you have the directory set to. The default is ./store_sitemap within the CORE directory.

Thanks for reply i change the url in ACP http://www.mysite.com/forum/core/store_sitemap and still its gave this error (This directory must be writable by the webserver). and I check the store_sitemap directory permissions its 755 and there is only one file in it which is index.html and that have 644 permissions i dont know may be i'm missing some file or its not working please help me in this thanks and one more thingVB5 installed by vbulletin team

You need a path. ./store_sitemap should work.

Once you have the path, you need to use your FTP client to make sure that directory has 777 permissions or read, write and execute across the board. Consult your FTP client's documentation on how to do this. On most Windows client's you would right click on the directory to change its permissions.

Yes i change it now to . ./store_sitemap path and did chnagr to 777 permissions and its still giving me same error This directory must be writable by the webserver. do i have to chnage permissions for index.html its 644 .

No, just the directory. Try entering the full server path to the directory instead and see if this works.

I chnage it into /home/m****/public_html/forum/core/store_sitemap and permissions error is gone and now i rebuild site map in ACP and its gave me this url http://www.mastdunya.com/forum/xmlsitemap.php and i don't have file xmlsitemap.php i checked in download package too and its not in there . If XML Sitemap Manager creat xmlsitemap.php then its not creating it.

It doesn't create that file that is from vBulletin 4.X. Your sitemap should be in the directory referred to and you can submit the files to Google or wherever directly from there.
