Wow that's cool I knew something others did not...With my lowly 88 post..lol
I allowed multiple user registrations from same IP in the General settings for the following reason...
One if you do have a Spam problem, you can find the IP and Ban it,
But say I have my Son My daughter and my wife, since that about sums up my user total on my site..lol
and they all have the same IP but have different accounts...My wife is Mod and my kids have a few deifferent permissions so I can keep them pure well until they become teenagers...
Well if a family in NY, wants to have three accounts from the same IP address, I want them to be able to all have their own user accounts...
If you decide not to allow this you can turn on the feature test the board as I mentioned and then turn it back off after that...
