Just wondering when you click Settings > Options > Edit Settings ('Show All Settings') in the ACP, it is very slow to load? It loads fairly quick in 4.2.0.

Just wondering if anyone else has this in the ACP... when you click Edit Settings when default selected is -Show All Settings-, does your CPU usage spike to 95%+ for several seconds and the page load...Wed 3 Apr '13, 8:52pm
