Why can I not see all the options in the admincp as administrator?

Have you uploaded all files? It seems ./core/includes/xml/cpnav_vbulletin.xml is missing.

Starting to think it's a bigger problem cause I get this error when attempting to reply to a thread.

Yes. Still the same. /bbs/ still blank, can't reply to threads and admincp is completely useless.

After that click revert them if possible.
