Is the vBulletin 5 Connect Beta only for those who have already purchased the new version or can those of us with an active version 4 license download the 5 beta?

I ask because in the members area the first item on the list links to http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...postid=2343182 which links back to the members area for download but no actual download exists.
