access without logging in

guests can get on the forum and use the forum(posting etc.)with out logging in what permission did i mess up?

Make sure that, in both the usrergroup permissions and the channel permissions, the Unregistered usergroup does not have any "create" permissions.

I did that in unregistered/lot logged in, registered user awaiting moderation and registered users waiting for email confirmation`, no change

If guests are posting then your permissions are wrong somewhere, as this doesn't happen on a default installation.
Make sure you have disabled all addons..

Are these guests actually making a post? Can you link to an instance where that's happened?
Or are they just showing as attempting to post in the Who's Online screen?

everyone registered users, moderators , adminstrators, not logined in can get in and use everything as if they were logged in, on your forum here you cannot post until you log in thats what i need to happpen

Your permissions are wrong somewhere if people are actually posting. Can you provide a link to a post someone has made while not logged in?
