I have the option "Allow Users To Change Styles" set to "No", but there's still a dropdown at the bottom of the board with the ability to choose styles.

There will be for admins. Log in a normal user and you should find it's gone.MARK.B

There are several bugs around this, first know that as an administrator the menu will more or less always show to you.
Any style currently set to be available to users will show in the drop down. If you uncheck them all except the one you want to use the stylechooser should go away.Comment

We want to use only the default theme. How do we disable all other themes and the themes dropdown in the footer?
