My RSS feed (to export recent posts from my VB5) is updating only once a day, where is the correct setting? Is there a scheduled task that updates it?

So I got it that the VBSEO sitemaps no longer is workable with vb5, and the loss of this has not only broken all my old links but also the loss of XML Sitemaps functionality has lost me my sitemap submissions...Fri 12 Jul '13, 11:04am -
