    Please, After transfer the site to other server, i see this error !!

    That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message.

    Please, fix this

      Can you please go over the entire list of steps you performed and anything that might have changed between the two servers?

        No difference, The same specification in servers
        full backup and I restored backup

            What are the server specs on the new server? Did you try reuploading all new fresh files and then rerunning the upgrade.php script?
