  • Reset counts not working

I attempted to reset the counts on my forum since they seemed to be all out of whack and upon doing so it did not correct them, it DOUBLED them. Now my counts are wayyyy off. Not sure why this is happening or what done be done to correct it?

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

under maintenance in the admin CP there's the general update tools. I ran the "rebuild topic info" and "rebuild forum info" all that happened was it doubled my post counts. there are some sections of the forum with no posts in them saying it has 200+ topics

That's not what those are for. What exactly is wrong?

well i know there used to be a "reset counts" button which seems to not be there any more. the problem is that it's saying sections of my forum have 200+ posts in them, meanwhile they only have 2. the site hasn't launched yet hence the low post count. but i would like to get this fixed before the launch. this and the birthday issue i posted about also

On the main page, the 'count' is going to be of everything in that category/forum. It will count all forums AND topics. So, if you have a bunch of sub-forums, those will show up in the count.
