For some reason, all commenting on blogs on my site are disabled. I go into Usergroups in 5.0.2 and find nothing about turning commenting on/off. This is where the Manual told me to go to do this.

Commenting is controlled by the blog owner. They would need to edit their blog settings and turn commenting on.Translations provided by Google.
