You can drop your custom html into that phrase, and it will load when its called, that should complete your requirements to track completed registrations.

joe are you saying these txt can be fully edited in one of the templates? id still like to know if thats possible n how
What can be edited is the phrase displayed after a registration is successful. You can use HTML in phrases so you can really add any HTML code you want to the phrase, it doesn't have to just be text.
The phrase in question is actually under the "error messages" phrases, phrase name: registration_complete
Again- I see no option to create a specific thank you page, only to alter the phrase. The template would be of no use since it's an error message template.

Actually I don't have Thank you page, after registration I see just message (Thank you for registering, user. An email has been dispatched to e-mail with details... ) and them I am redirected to home page.
How can create this Thank you page?

Phrases can be editing in the Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Phrase Manager (or "Search for Phrases") - Edit any phrase and provide an "English" translation. This will override the default phrase with whatever text you provide for the translation.
Templates can be editing in Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager ->(Choose your Style) -> Edit Templates (from the drop down menu.) Double click on a group name to expand the group or double click on a template name to edit it.

yep they are tucked in admin options, but what about to edit them? or the prepackaged tous for that matter even....some of the phrasing is a bit off...for example we dont allow kids, and our forum doesnt have a "the" before the title....

The page/phrases exsist, there is a registration complete page. You should go though the register form yourself and you'll be able to see what phrases/templates are used.

Thank you page for Registration
Hello,
To track properly registration I need to create success page for registration (or Thank you page) on a separate URL, i.e. domain.com/register/thank-you.
It's very useful tool to analyse users.
Is there possibility to create this page in vB 5?
