I just upgraded to vB5 and I have the cloud tag module set up on my main page. So far, nothing has populated and there is just a message that there are no tags to display. Is anything else needed?

Did you check your setup in AdminCP > Settings > Options > Tagging options?

Hope someone can help, when setting the tags in VB5 I go through all the motions, enter them in the pop up box, click on "save", but they are not displaying in the post.

vBulletin 5.1.0.
It doesn't seem like registered users can tag threads started by others, even though all permissions are set to allow this.

Once upon a time there was a way to access the tags page but I'm unable to find it now.
