Making a Video Module Problems

I have a video module problem. I did all the steps on Video Tutorial "How to Add Videos Using Site Builder" and I click play and it just said "working..." Won't play at all. Can anybody tell me the right configurations on this matter? Thanks

Make sure the video you are trying to play is embeddable. Sometimes authors don't allow them to be embedded in other sites. To know for sure on Youtube go to "Share" and choose "Embed Code" - if some code is listed, you're good. It there is no code or some sort of message that embedding has been disabled the video won't work.

It plays fine on my 5.0.1 test site, can you please try with the default style?

I would suggest opening a support ticket. Include Admin CP login info.
