Facebook app question

I bought vBulletin because there is cms, blog and forum with lot of mods. Though i have vbulletin 5 i used Vb 4 because there is no cms in vb5. Now, i am thinking to buy facebook app but there is no facebook app for vb 5.

My question is this, if i bought vb 4 facebook app, will it be available facebook app for vb5 in the future. If it would be there in the future, do i need to buy facebook app again for vb 5 or charged me again?
