Final vers. doesn't resolved my problems.

This is my website first problem: my PRIVATE MESSAGE section doesn't work and answer page is this:

"That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message."

What can I try to check ?

When you go to click on Messages in the header, what is the URL it is sending you do? Have you ever edited the header template? Does reverting the header template resolve the issue?

N.B. I have same problem if I go on user page and click on Private Message (ex url http://www.vitaincasa.it/privatemessage/new/10 )

You can revert templates from the template list in your Style Manager. Styles & Templates -> Style Manager. Then click on the <<>> button on the far right of your style. From there click on Header and then the revert button to the right.

Does this resolve the issue? If not, you'll need to open a support ticket at http://www.vbulletin.com/go/techsupport. The support tech will probably need FTP, AdminCP and Database access to find out what the problem is.
